https://www.adtsea.org/driver-ed-resources.phtml
The Chronicle for Driver Education Professionals Online (The Chronicle) is an electronic publication of the American Driver and Traffic Safety Education Association (ADTSEA). ADTSEA assumes financial responsibility for review, editing, and posting of electronic contributions to The Chronicle. Editorial oversight for The Chronicle is provided by editorial staff. John Palmer, PhD (St. Cloud State University) and Dale O. Ritzel, PhD (Southern Illinois University Carbondale) serve as coeditors.
The primary purpose of The Chronicle is to offer an electronic online journal of practice and scholarship of interest and relevance to the interdisciplinary practitioner and academic communities concerned with driver education and traffic safety. Because The Chronicle is presented as an electronic medium, communication can be rapid and immediate upon completion of editorial and refereed approval. The Chronicle is designed to be an effective educational and dissemination tool for practitioners, scholars, and students of driver education and traffic safety. Articles are solicited from individuals representing any discipline or field of interest that supports driver education and traffic safety and promotes understanding of driver education and traffic safety.
