2013 Conference Agenda
The goal of this year's conference is to once again provide a quality professional growth activity for driver and traffic safety educators. The conference sessions will enable attendees to gain new information and insights into topics and trends pertinent to the field and offers opportunities to interact with their peers from throughout the state. It also is a time for members to find out what the Association is doing for them and their programs. Key this year is the push to update the NYS Driver Education Curriculum and present techniques that can improve student learning in our classrooms and laboratory experiences.

Want an informative hands on presentation for students to learn about sharing the road with
other highway transportation users? This mobile classroom is equipped with a simulator to
demonstrate risk management skills when sharing the road with motorcycles - especially important
as more drivers are choosing motorcycles as a cost effective alternative to driving a car.
The more our students know the better and lower risk they will have on our roadways this summer.
