POST CONFERENCE MESSAGE FROM ROGER DACEY
Thanks for the vote of confidence at this last 2017 conference meeting. I promise to be more active this calendar year, now that I have my feet wet and understand where I can help the Association.
We hope you were able to reserve a room this month for the Conference. We will be adding extra rooms at the low rate at the INN so more of you can register and get that benefit. We will receive a $79 rate at The Inn at Turning Stone for 2018. Remember you can always cancel up to the day before the conference. So don't wait. The rooms go fast at that rate. Check out the Member's Only page for the Power Point Presentations presented at the Conference. They will be post the last week of this Month of March.
There are a lot of good things happening in Driver Safety across the country. Check out the articles below. Hopefully, you will put a safety campaign together for your school and remind young drivers to be safe, especially during the holiday seasons. You need not be teaching driver education during the spring semester to still make a difference during the school year. Put a flyer out on a bulletin board, add a message to a marquee, make a morning announcement for a week to see if that makes a difference.
